Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to menu development, focusing on seasonal produce and creative flavor combinations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Lead junior kitchen staff and foster a positive, productive work environment.
  • Oversee kitchen hygiene and compliance with health regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy workspace for all team members.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate ingredient ordering with suppliers.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering visually appealing dishes.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, remaining composed and professional under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for efficiency and productivity.
  • Food Handlers Supervisor Certificate or equivalent qualification.
