About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our team in Melbourne, VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual sales strategy in collaboration with the State Manager.
- Monitor and manage individual store and staff performance to meet sales targets.
- Counsel and mentor Sales team members to ensure their success.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, preferably in a trade industry.
- A strong understanding of market dynamics and customers.
- The ability to adapt to changing challenges and work under pressure.
