Assistant Outlet Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Outlet Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of the store leadership, you will play a fundamental role in driving sales and achieving business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual who is passionate about leading and inspiring teams to succeed. If you have a proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets, we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, fitness, and building genuine relationships with customers. They will also be committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.

In this role, you will work closely with your Outlet Store Manager to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation. You will also collaborate with Area Managers/Mentors to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the brand through excellent customer service and uniform standards
  • Drive sales and meet KPIs and targets
  • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve optimal results
  • Closely monitor store sales and operations
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a full-time/senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
  • A motivated and driven attitude
  • A passion for leading and inspiring teams
  • A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
