Emergency Response Coordinator

About this opportunity:

This is a unique chance to join our team as an Emergency Response Coordinator, supporting a Government Client. You will develop essential skills in coordinating emergency response functions across owned and leased properties.

As part of our team, you will work closely with the Emergency Response Manager and Vendor Manager, making general inquiries on behalf of the Emergency Response Team and Client. You will also assist with conducting and recording minutes of the Monthly Vendor Management Meeting and fortnightly Client meetings.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and uploading Vendor Monthly Performance Reports to the Client Portal, assisting with planning upcoming schedule or training changes, milk-runs, and site documentation upgrades, and responding to site-based general inquiries on Training operations and diagrams.

You will also create initial reactive requests and work orders to address issues raised by the Vendor and Client, verify the contents of documents uploaded to the Corrigo portal, and create financial proposals and verify invoice data.

Additionally, you will update schedule information in Corrigo and create regular schedules for training programs.
