Job Opportunity: Emergency Planning Trainee

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Emergency Planning Trainee. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced team of emergency planning professionals to support the delivery of projects and services to clients across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive emergency management systems tailored to meet client needs
  • Create engaging and interactive training sessions for clients
  • Facilitate and report on simulation exercises to help clients achieve their objectives

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with transferable skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop knowledge of Australian standards and legislation related to emergency planning
  • A valid driver's license and Working with Children check or ability to obtain
  • Proven track record in supporting or creating successful client relationships

Desirable Skills:

  • Up-to-date understanding of the Australian COVID-19 vaccination schedule
  • A strong desire to continuously improve and upskill
  • Experience in sales or business development
