The OpportunityAs a Portfolio Leader, you will partner with CEOs of acquired businesses to drive growth and long-term success. Combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, you will shape value creation plans and help management teams deliver results. Your first priorities will include:
- Developing and implementing value creation plans across multiple companies
- Driving go-to-market strategies across sales, marketing, product and pricing
- Coaching CEOs post-acquisition to unlock profitable growth
- Collaborating with global leaders to share best practices
You will bring a blend of Tier-1 consulting experience and operating exposure in technology growth environments, ideally enterprise or vertical SaaS. You will be commercially sharp, thrive in ambiguity, and excel in partnering with founders and leadership teams. Ideally you will possess:
- 10-15 years work experience, combining both Tier 1 consulting and leadership experience in B2B software
- A track record of growing technology businesses profitably and leading cross-functional teams
- Strength across financials, operations, and commercial strategy
- A hands-on, humble style and able to build trust and deliver results
