Director of Digital Acceleration

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to drive digital acceleration and product excellence across our organization. The Head of Digital Product will be responsible for delivering large-scale, horizontal products that digitally accelerate multiple business areas.
As a seasoned product leader, you will lead and deliver complex product initiatives from discovery through continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish strong product culture, build relationships across stakeholders, and drive strategic and tactical wins.
We are looking for an experienced product leader who can think big, start small, and scale fast. If you have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide horizontal products in a corporate environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a product roadmap of digital accelerators that enable our goal of becoming the number 1 ecosystem partner for healthcare.
- Influence stakeholders to gain active buy-in and demand on the product roadmap.
- Lead the delivery of identified digital accelerators.
- Establish strong product culture and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with enterprise agility team and incubation and growth teams to demonstrate exceptional product practices and ways of working.
- Proven experience as a product leader delivering enterprise-wide horizontal products in a corporate environment.
- Strong delivery experience, including leading and delivering large product initiatives from discovery through continuous improvement.
- Able to build relationships across a complex group of stakeholders.
- Understand how to work with a two-speed approach, delivering strategic and tactical wins.
