The Role
  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications (Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development
