Senior Urban Infrastructure Specialist

Our team seeks a Civil Designer to join us in Rockhampton, Queensland. This role reports directly to the Civil Team Lead and focuses on delivering solutions in urban, land, and subdivision projects within Perth and its surroundings.
The ideal candidate has experience working on multi-disciplined civil projects for Councils, Local government, Main Roads, or developers. Our approach covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes.
We are looking for someone who can prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software. The successful candidate will interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.
Maintain relationships with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping teams.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs and objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have senior civil designer experience in urban, land, and subdivisions. Relevant qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. We also require demonstrated experience using 12D software and familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, you should have a commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development.
