Seeking a Senior Civil Designer to lead projects in urban, land and subdivision developments across Perth and surrounds.

The Role
  • Develop comprehensive designs using 12D software for subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Interpret civil design requirements from State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Collaborate with transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping disciplines.
  • Communicate project needs with clients.
About You
  • Hold senior experience in urban, land, and subdivision developments.
  • Possess relevant qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate expertise in 12D software usage.
  • Be familiar with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
