Job Title: 12D Civil Designer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Rockhampton, Queensland.

The role involves working on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Perth and surrounds.

About the Role

Preparation of conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)

Interpretation of civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients

Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping

Interaction with clients regarding project needs

Requirements
  • Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
