Urban Planning Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Urban Planning Specialist to join our team in Rockhampton, Queensland.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure.
  • Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Collaborating with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping teams.
  • Communicating with clients regarding project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Senior-level experience in urban and land subdivision projects.

Relevant qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Proficiency in 12D software.

Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
