Senior Urban Land Subdivision Designer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer to work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects.
Key responsibilities include preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, as well as associated infrastructure.
The Role- Design and develop civil engineering solutions for State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients.
- Interpret and apply civil design requirements and regulations.
- Collaborate with transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide exceptional client service and interact with clients regarding project needs.
- Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions projects.
- Hold relevant qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess demonstrated experience using 12D software.
- Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements is essential.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and self-improvement is required.
