About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. As a Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for managing inbound call queues, appointment booking, and calendar management. You will also provide admin support for routine contract-specific tasks.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. Our comprehensive onboarding and staff development program will ensure you have all the tools and training you need to succeed in this role.

Requirements
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm and respectful in potentially challenging situations
  • Proficient IT and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment is advantageous, but not essential
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
