Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional with administration skills to excel in a dynamic role.

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service, greeting customers and visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Support the manager and contribute to daily operations.
  • Maintain open communication with customers regarding delivery lead times.
About You:
  • Possess professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a current driver's license.
  • Showcase ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • May require working some Saturdays.
