We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in Wagga Wagga. As a key member of our customer service and administration team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience within the branch.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Support the branch manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling repair bookings, issuing invoices, and raising job authorities as required.
  • Evaluate customer needs and educate them on our full scope of services, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct inspections on vehicles, sourcing suitable resolutions to customer concerns and following up on customer queries.

About You:

  • You possess professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You hold a current driver's license and are able to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential for this role.
