Looking for a career in livestock sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Livestock Sales Specialist.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with clients, drafting sheep and cattle, and marketing livestock through local saleyards, feedlots, and abattoirs. You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of yarding, penning, and drafting of livestock at the sales, working closely with the livestock team leaders, and developing effective relationships with key customers across the business.

  • You will need to have hands-on experience in livestock handling and sales, as well as the ability to integrate into a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • AuctionsPlus Assessor accreditation (Sheep and/or Cattle) is preferred but not essential.

As a Livestock Sales Specialist, you will be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer and client relationships in a fast-paced environment. You will also be able to follow up on sales leads and develop new business opportunities.
