Are you a customer-centric professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills?

We are seeking an experienced Client Portfolio Manager to join our team at HSI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with small- to medium-sized clients, supporting their experience with HSI products and services, and achieving account growth and retention targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining client records and renewals in CRM and other tools
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and upsell quota achievement
  • Providing system demonstrations to clients to facilitate upsell opportunities
  • Working with clients to ensure appropriate configuration and optimal use of product(s)

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing client accounts, 1+ year of experience in achieving account growth targets, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in a Health, Safety and/or Employee Wellbeing role is highly desirable.
