The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our Sydney Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for top-tier mid-market clients. Our extensive presence across Australia enables us to represent each State.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience.
- Identify development opportunities for designated portfolios and design appropriate servicing solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Insurance broking experience.
- Ability to present in front of clients.
- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products.
- Tier 1 Qualification.
What We Offer:
As a Risk Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team members to implement strategies that focus on retention of your portfolio. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members within the region.
Salary Range: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
