As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will join our motivated Account Management team in a fast-paced call centre environment. You will be the critical point of contact for our tradie customers, ranging from sole traders to small and medium business owners.

This role involves managing a portfolio of 500+ accounts, aiming to help tradies maximise their return on investment (ROI) through our platform. Your daily targets include hitting at least 60 dials or 2.5 hours of talk time through inbound/outbound calls, and meeting revenue targets by upselling, renewing subscriptions, and handling debt collection.

The ideal candidate has experience working in high-volume call centres, comfortable with making 60-80 dials a day or hitting 2.5 hours of talk time. You must be resilient, driven, and possess strong sales and negotiation skills. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy winning when hitting targets.

We offer an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission, benefits, and perks.
