Job Title: Schedule Coordinator

Job Description:

The role of a Schedule Coordinator is multifaceted and fast-paced, requiring strong analytical thinking and rostering skills. This key position involves assisting in the scheduling of client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the relevant areas, minimizing staff travel and non-direct tasks.

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler who can take a commercial view, examining routine efficiencies, kilometers travelled, outsourcing levels while balancing the needs of our customers' cultural and lifestyle preferences.

As a Scheduler, you will receive calls related to care recipient/external provider queries and ensure these are responded to in a timely manner. You will also respond to calls appropriately within an administrative capacity and work with the Roster Coordinator to ensure resources meet client demand.

Liaising with staff regarding schedule changes is a crucial aspect of this role. If you have experience gained in a similar role, including the navigation of multiple platforms, solid experience in administration, and excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
