Production Scheduler Role

This pivotal position requires a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for planning, problem-solving, and collaboration.

The Production Scheduler will be part of a team that ensures smooth production processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining production schedules to meet customer requirements and operational targets
  • Entering new orders into the system and coordinating timely processing
  • Managing workflow into the manufacturing plant, adjusting schedules as needed
  • Confirming delivery timeframes and liaising with relevant departments
  • Working closely with internal staff, builders, and detailers to ensure customer demands are met efficiently
  • Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or delays and advising supervisor accordingly

We seek an individual with experience in production scheduling or a similar planning role, strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, logical thinking under pressure, clear and effective communication skills, and comfort using or learning production scheduling software. A flexible and resilient mindset is essential when dealing with changing priorities and deadlines.
