About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Partnership and Business Development Manager to support the Director in delivering the Institute's strategy and operations at Monash University. This pivotal new role is primarily responsible for leading business development initiatives, managing a range of strategic and operational activities to develop an expanded and diversified portfolio of partnerships within the sector.

About You

The role requires postgraduate qualifications or extensive business development experience, proven success in securing grants and managing contracts, strong communication and project management skills, and an understanding of the higher education sector and research.

About the Institute for Safety, Compensation and Recovery Research (ISCRR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to secure competitive research grants and project contracts.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with the corporate sector, government bodies, and other agencies.
  • Oversee project delivery and drive successful business development initiatives.
  • Shape the Institute's research growth and development strategy.
