About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at 360RTO Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our domestic student recruitment efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve enrolment targets, focusing on the domestic student market.
  • Manage Digital and B2B Campaigns: Oversee the management of digital and B2B marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Build Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations to enhance our institution's reach and enrolment.
  • Lead Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote our institution's programs and services to the domestic student market.
  • Manage Marketing Materials: Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure optimal results and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Extensive Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing and business development within the education sector, with a focus on the domestic student market.
  • Strong Marketing Skills: Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques and concepts, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.
  • Business Development Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or related fields.
