Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse with after-hours leadership and management experience to join our healthcare team.

Our hospital prioritises patient-centred care, working together as a dedicated team of skilled surgeons, specialist doctors, compassionate nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences.

We offer a comprehensive range of surgical, medical, and obstetric services, including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, and cardiology.

The after-hours coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing leadership and management of the nursing team, patient flow, and hospital operations.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with 8+ years' experience and current AHPRA registration to develop their leadership skills and take on a new challenge.

Responsibilities include supervising safe, quality care, supporting nurse unit managers, ensuring staffing levels, coordinating patient flow, and overseeing patient and staff safety.
