Lead Clinical Specialist Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fully Registered Psychologist to take on a leadership position within our multi-disciplinary team.
As the Lead Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the clinical services, including monitoring and supporting client care, adhering to evidence-based best-practice and legislative requirements, and mentoring/supervising clinicians.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a therapeutic, trauma-informed, and disability-informed environment is created for the individuals we support. You will work closely with clients from early childhood to late adulthood and be committed to providing great clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Recognised qualifications and experience as a Psychologist and current registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience in a management capacity driving clinical services frameworks across an organisation.
- Knowledge of key policy frameworks within the community services and health sectors.
- Experience in providing clinical and/or behaviour assessment, intervention, and support in the disability and out-of-home-care sectors.
