Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinical psychologist to lead impactful psychological services in a regional pre-release facility.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality psychological services to individuals in custody.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance within a multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee daily delivery of psychological care, ensuring best-practice models are applied.
If you have experience as a Senior Specialist Psychologist, you will also:
- Manage complex cases.
- Lead supervision and mentor psychology staff.
- Drive innovation and research into service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and support.
- Guide behaviour management planning and contribute to case planning.
- Support provisional psychologists and students.
- Liaise with stakeholders to achieve reintegration goals.
- Lead and participate in research and service improvement projects (Senior Specialist level).
- Proven experience in correctional, clinical, or forensic psychology.
- Expertise in offender assessment and treatment.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills for psychology staff.
- A collaborative approach to service delivery.
- Four-year accredited qualification in psychology.
- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Eligible to supervise provisional psychologists and students.
