As an Assistant Venue Manager at Holey Moley Canberra, you will motivate your team to craft unique moments that exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include: creating engaging shifts, driving sales through cross-selling, transforming the venue into a top-notch FUN destination, supporting high-energy teams, handling front-of-house and back-of-house operations, cultivating a collaborative culture, and continuously developing skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in people management
  • Valid RSA and Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proven ability to drive revenues on shift
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized planner with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude
