Operations Support Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to join our team at the Moondani Toombadool Centre. As an Operations Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior leadership team and engaging in a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks and project support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative and executive-level support to senior leaders, including maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in a professional environment and demonstrate a commitment to reconciliation.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and community members.
- Work effectively under pressure without immediate supervision, maintaining quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in a professional environment.
- Extensive experience in the provision of high-level administrative and executive-level support.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high-level organisational skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure without immediate supervision.
