Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Support Officer to join our team.
As an Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, managing the daily payments process, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
You will work closely with our lending specialists and report to the Operations Support Team Leader.
Key Skills and Experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of consumer lending and credit assessments an advantage
