Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end research projects, from recruitment to delivery of insights.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to contribute to product improvements.
  • Support designers in delivering evaluative research, enabling them from research ops to execution.
  • Help the team understand the customer, communicating their needs, motivations, and pain-points.
  • Redefine cutting-edge research, working closely with our senior researcher to determine effective strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong background in research foundations, executing secondary and evaluative research.
  • Pragmatic and adaptable research approach, redefining projects to align with evolving timelines and priorities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, conveying insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Curiosity about our business and customers, embracing learning new skills and adopting innovative research methods.
  • Experience working closely with researchers and adjacent roles, such as designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • A great attitude towards urgency, risk, and uncertainty, excited about the opportunity to be involved in an exciting journey from the start.
