About the Role

As a senior UX researcher with NewyTechPeople, you will have the opportunity to work on a significant and impactful project in cybersecurity.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX researcher to join our design team based in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have expertise in understanding complex user needs, particularly within cybersecurity and Microsoft environments.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth UX research, synthesising research data into actionable insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Senior-level UX research experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven track record in the cybersecurity space and/or configuring Microsoft tools for enhanced user needs.
  • Ability to present complex research findings to a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Location and Salary

This role is based in Newcastle, Australia, and we are open to candidates from Sydney, Central Coast, or Hunter Valley who can work in a hybrid environment.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
