About the Role

This role will focus on researching needs, prioritizing, and managing research initiatives that drive business growth and improvement. You'll partner with stakeholders across disciplines, coach and mentor researchers, and effectively communicate research findings to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive research strategies that meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and prioritize initiatives
  • Mentor and coach researchers to enhance their skills and expertise
  • Communicate research findings through engaging reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong research focus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • A deep understanding of Human-Centred Design principles and their application in business contexts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders
