Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting innovative and user-friendly UX/UI solutions that address complex challenges while aligning with our vision and organizational goals (OKRs)
  • Driving user-centered design activities, pushing the boundaries of conventional thinking and forging new methodologies to navigate intricate design issues
  • Designing and leading workshops that foster ideation and iteration, working with small teams or large groups, and regardless of whether the collaboration is remote or in-person

As a leader in our team, you will work alongside Business Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Designers to tackle problems and strategically prioritize design activities and research. You will stand as a champion for our customers, translating research findings into compelling narratives and sharing them with diverse audiences through detailed reports and persuasive presentations.
