Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Design Director to join our Life Sciences division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the user experience (UX) design team in creating innovative digital products that meet the needs of professionals working across the drug development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the activities of the UX design team to deliver high-quality digital products that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain UX design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across products and platforms.
  • Communicate UX design strategies, recommendations, and findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 10+ years of experience in UX design, with progressively increasing responsibilities and leadership roles.A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related area.Proficiency in UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar, as well as a strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals and user needs into effective UX design strategies and solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts, rationale, and findings to diverse audiences.
