About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to collaborate with product owners and software architects to define product specifications, use cases, and product requirements for engineering teams to develop against. This role involves organizing, facilitating, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative user research, creating high-quality creative solutions to complex problems, and producing user story maps, wireframes, prototypes, visual design comps, interaction designs, and user flows.

This position will be based in our Sydney office, requiring attendance of at least two days per week, but may also involve remote work or flexible arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners and software architects to define product specifications, use cases, and product requirements for the engineering teams to develop against.
  • Organize, facilitate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative user research.
  • Produce high-quality creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Create user story maps, wireframes, prototypes, visual design comps, interaction designs, and user flows.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of UX & UI design experience for software and web applications in a high-tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of user interface design patterns and standard user-centered design methodologies.
  • Expertise with Figma, Lucid, or similar design, whiteboard, and prototyping tools.
