
Senior Workplace Wellbeing Specialist

You will be working closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead a culture of high performance, focusing on building organisational capability and wellbeing.
This is a unique opportunity to support the development and execution of people management policies and practices in line with the organisation's mission and strategy.
As an individual contributor reporting to the CPO, some key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the CPO to lead a team that fosters collaboration among all staff to provide innovative people solutions;
- Helping to enable a culture of high performance, innovation, and engagement of staff; celebrating their success and encouraging holistic wellbeing;
- Identifying opportunities for and developing innovative programs to enhance staff wellbeing, including analysis of employee surveys, feedback, and participation in forums and committees;
- Providing appropriate information and advice to staff regarding opportunities for their own professional learning, career planning, and supporting them in their search for new challenges;
- Business Partnering with a small client group to provide HR guidance, support, coaching, employee relations, and other HR generalist activities.
This role is suited to an experienced professional who has a background in workplace wellbeing & HR. To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a relevant field;
- Experience in workplace wellbeing & engagement;
- HR generalist experience, ideally;
- Proven ability to develop programs, frameworks, and initiatives which enhance an organisation and its employees;
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills;
