Workforce Transformation Expert

As a Workforce Transformation Expert, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by helping clients optimize their workforce strategies.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to address the evolving needs of our clients' workforces, leveraging our expertise in client device portfolio, software, security, and services.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses, helping them remain current and relevant in their industry and attract and retain world-class talent.

In this role, you will engage with existing retention accounts as well as exciting new pursuits of acquisition clients, driving revenue growth and increasing our client solutions share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong senior-level relationships within customer organizations.
  • Provide insight and thought leadership to solve business problems and create new opportunities for our clients.
  • Focus on the workforce transformation needs of our clients, bringing to bear our expertise in our world-class client device portfolio, software, security, and services.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within our business to align and drive the sales strategy and resources to facilitate business outcome expectations of our clients.
  • Work closely with a virtual team of inside sales, services, and product specialists to position and deliver the right solutions for our clients.
