Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Workforce Planner - Lead on a Non-ongoing - 2 year contract with potential extension

**Position Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of the Workforce Plan activities for the Agency to support the realisation of business priorities and changes to work, workers and the workplace
- Work collaboratively with supporting enterprise functions to transform the Agency's workforce to deliver a new operating model by leveraging Enterprise Transformation tools and resources
- Oversight the delivery of data driven and practical talent practices, including leadership capability development
- Be accountable for the implementation of a learning and development approach that ensures that the Agency has the right people, with the right skills at the right time at the right cost.
- Support the delivery of the Agency's Culture Action Plan on the future workforce as the workforce plan is implemented
- Regularly develop reporting artefacts, communication products and papers that are provided to the Agency's executive and Executive Team more broadly, that respond to the Bureau's corporate approaches to budget, resource allocation and risk identification
- Demonstrate high level leadership to a team of expert practitioners across the domains of workforce planning, learning and development, HR operations and transformation.
- Comply with all Agency's work, health and safety policies and procedures, and taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of employees, contractors and visitors who may be affected by your conduct.
