Organisation and Work Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our Organisation and Work Transformation practice.

  • Drive core project delivery including stakeholder engagement, product development, coordination, and resource management.
  • Partner with Defence stakeholders to align organisational strategies with their mission and priorities.
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies that enhance capability, flexibility, and sustainability.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with clients to identify challenges and co-create solutions.

Our ideal candidate has a natural curiosity about Defence and national security, and the interrelationship between work, worker, and workplace. They have two to three years of professional experience in an advisory, HR service delivery, and/or national security context, and demonstrate social perceptiveness, a design mindset, and a passion for personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with Defence stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Analyse and develop effective workforce strategies.
  • Lead workshops and design sessions to drive innovation and problem-solving.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. A strong understanding of Defence operations and policies is essential.
