Aboriginal Health Workforce Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a visionary professional to drive systemic change and promote anti-racist approaches in the health workforce. As an experienced leader, you will develop high-level policy advice on current and emerging Aboriginal health workforce strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with local and national Aboriginal stakeholders, scoping and implementing projects based on cultural determinants of health.
You will be part of a values-led team that prioritizes connection, empowerment, justice, and kindness. If you share our passion for creating an inclusive environment where people can thrive, this role may be for you.
Eligibility / Requirements- This is an Identified position under Section 27(4) of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and is open to an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person only.
- Cultural identity confirmation may be requested.
- A background in health-related sectors, including the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector, is highly desirable but not essential.
