Job Title: Workforce Planner - Lead

 

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce.

 

  • Lead the implementation of workforce planning activities to support business priorities and changes to work, workers, and the workplace.
  • Collaborate with enterprise functions to transform the workforce and deliver a new operating model by leveraging transformation tools and resources.
  • Oversight the delivery of data-driven talent practices, including leadership capability development.
  • Develop and implement a learning and development approach that ensures the right people, with the right skills at the right time, at the right cost.
  • Support the delivery of a culture action plan on the future workforce as the workforce plan is implemented.
  • Develop reporting artefacts, communication products, and papers for the executive and executive team.
  • Exercise high-level leadership to a team of expert practitioners across domains.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
