Dynamic Partnerships Leader

We are seeking a motivated and relational professional to establish strong partnerships with Baptist churches, schools, and individual supporters across NSW and the ACT.

This role is ideal for someone with both ministry and fundraising experience, a passion for local church communities, and a commitment to supporting those in need.

The successful candidate will work closely with the NSW/ACT Baptist Association, serve as an ambassador for Baptist World Aid, and foster collaboration between teams in church engagement, philanthropy, and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Baptist churches, schools, and individual supporters
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships and increase giving
  • Work closely with the NSW/ACT Baptist Association to ensure alignment and cooperation
  • Serve as an ambassador for Baptist World Aid, promoting our mission and values

Requirements:

  • Active and growing Christian faith
  • Strong interpersonal and account management skills
  • Experience leading and coaching teams
  • Theological training or equivalent pastoral/ministry experience
  • Understanding of the Baptist movement in NSW/ACT
  • Ability to travel regularly and work from home
