We are seeking an experienced Corporate Partnerships Advisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and growing revenue across partnerships and philanthropy by engaging new prospects and building long-term, genuine relationships.
About the Role- This is a key relationship-based development role focused on building connections with individuals and organizations to drive growth, sustainability, and success of the organization.
- Business Development: Assist in identifying, attracting, and retaining new revenue through building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Relationship Management: Attend meetings to build relationships, identify opportunities, and cultivate long-term partners that support the organization's goals.
- Internal Coordination: Work with the Business Development Manager to triage new requests, schedule meetings, and assign next steps; liaise with other departments to manage opportunities; onboard new partners and donors with their account manager.
- Administration and Database Management: Ensure accurate entry and updating of records; work with the F&P data team to extract reports and develop insights; report quarterly acquisition pipeline metrics.
- Up to 3 years' experience in a partnership or sales role with relationship management and revenue targets.
- Excellent networking, consultation, liaison, and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and establish new business.
- Experience in project and time management and ability to prioritize deadlines.
