Senior Partnership Development Lead

The role of the Senior Partnership Development Lead involves driving growth and performance through strategic partnerships. It requires a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and nurture existing relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue through high-value target accounts and innovative collaboration models.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador by promoting the company's brand effectively.
  • Overseeing the formulation and execution of sales strategies to broaden the range of products procured by existing clients.
  • Managing a sales pipeline to constantly generate new leads and business sources.
  • Negotiating and securing new business opportunities with corporate clients.
  • Strategic targeting and acquisition of major accounts.
  • Partnering with Customer Solutions and marketing to explore new product development or pilot opportunities.
  • Writing and reviewing strategic customer tenders and proposals.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • An established network within the Australian workers' compensation sector or relevant health sector experience.
  • Ability to foster and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • High level of IT and business analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing CRM and sales management software.
  • Knowledge of changing market conditions and trends.
  • Ability to engage with customers and clients in a meaningful and appropriate way.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualified in a related field desirable (Health, Business or Insurance).
  • Results focused – shows initiative and flexibility in delivering results.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively, as well as collaboratively with a team.
