Job Description:

As a facilitator of agile delivery, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of complex technical projects. This encompasses a range of activities including mobile app development, UX/UI design, web portals, APIs, and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience facilitating the delivery of complex projects using Agile methodologies.
  • A strong understanding of SAFe methodology and its application within a large and complex program, preferably in a government context.
  • Collaboration with business analysts to ensure all user stories are prepared for sprints.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience effectively managing competing priorities and strategic directions, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various IT applications and project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Tertiary qualifications or industry-recognised certification in management, project management, or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated work experience in managing/delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs/projects in an Australian Government setting.
Requirements:
  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role.
  • Government Clearance: Minimum baseline government or NV-1 clearance.
  • Highly Desirable Requirement: Experience working in government or public sector environments.
