We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Technology Team to support strategic outcomes for our customers. You will be responsible for managing and delivering projects of varying complexity, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.

  • Coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and delivery">
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets">
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment">
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and sponsors">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a technical and business project management support role; or 3+ years' experience in a strategic change project role (i.e. business analyst or similar) with some project management responsibilities">
  • Microsoft Office experience, to intermediate level (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); with MS Project experience desirable">
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent (desirable)">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills">
  • Good report writing skills / ability to learn">
  • Ability to facilitate and present ideas/ plans at meetings and influence outcomes">
  • Problem-solving skills">
  • Knowledge of Information Technology systems development processes">
  • Understanding of the Systems Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)">
  • Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Confluence (desirable)">
