Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Project Facilitator. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing project commencement management documents
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute head contract and subcontractor and supply documents
  • Process commercial payments in a timely manner
  • Compile and deliver handover documentation
  • Monitor progress of program initiatives
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in construction project management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor of Construction Management or equivalent is essential, as is experience in commercial fitout and refurbishment.

You should be a motivated and career-driven individual with a proven ability to manage compliance databases and a willingness to develop your career within the construction industry.
