NSW Quality Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and high-standard NSW Quality Manager who is passionate about driving excellence and setting benchmarks across our major civil infrastructure projects in New South Wales. Key Responsibilities- Tendering: Manage and enhance quality assurance information, assist in tender reviews, and handle quality system responses for prequalifications and tenders.
- Systems: Lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring it meets operational and legal requirements, and foster a culture of compliance and high performance.
- Operations: Provide expert quality assurance advice and conduct compliance reviews across projects and facilities.
- Compliance: Oversee internal and ISO audits, and act as the key liaison for external audit bodies.
- Business Enhancement: Develop and maintain quality performance data and reports, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- You are skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, making you a natural leader and collaborator.
- You are strategic thinker adept at developing and implementing effective business systems strategies.
- As a tertiary qualified professional, you possess credentials as a Lead Management Systems Auditor.
