The successful candidate will have proven experience in accounting, payroll, and accounts, with exceptional excel ability and data analysis skills. They will be responsible for assisting with accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable functions, handling general payroll account/administration duties, updating and maintaining records, processing invoices and issuing payments, and monitoring accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end processing of accounts payable and receivable

  • Maintaining and monitoring accounts
  • Supporting customer service standards where appropriate to the role; including handling internal & external customer and supplier enquiries

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess unparalleled attention to detail, exceptional excel ability, and data analysis skills, as well as the ability to build client relationships and maintain high accuracy of data entry and data management.
